Technos has ASNT Level II technicians available to perform condition monitoring and nondestructive testing on your equipment. Our services include vibration analysis, visual inspection, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, conventional and phased array ultrasonic, and radiographic inspection methods. We can also provide CWI welder testing as well as Level III NDT Consultation.

Our crews are capable of servicing a variety of industrial equipment such as Centrifugal Fans, Roller Mills, Kilns, Pumps, Gearboxes, Dampers, Expansion Joints, Screw Conveyors, and Hoppers. We can provide the appropriate lubrication, direct drive alignments, belt drive alignments, belt drive adjustments, balancing, and mechanical adjustments.
